On September 22, the Laboratory for Human and Human Capital Studies under ERGO Analytics signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Association of People with Disabilities of Uzbekistan.

As part of this agreement, a series of educational and practical training sessions will be held to enhance the professional and personal competencies of people with disabilities.

The program includes:

Training in fast-learning professions that are in high demand in today’s labor market;

Psychological workshops aimed at building self-confidence and strengthening motivation;

Legal seminars to ensure participants know and can protect their rights;

Practical sessions on resume writing and interview preparation.

The goal of this initiative is to promote the social and professional integration of people with disabilities, unlock their potential, and expand employment opportunities.
